Away from the project charts and stakeholder meetings, Andy is a true family man. A son, dad, and a proud grandad—or "GrAndy" as he's affectionately known by the grandkids. He holds his Yorkshire roots dear, even though he’s spent a significant portion of his life overseas. An army veteran with a commitment that’s as steadfast personally as it is professionally, he’s also a long-suffering supporter of Leeds United, demonstrating resilience and loyalty in all walks of life.
