Andy is an extremely strong and adaptable project manager who has the rare ability to be both highly effective in managing the fine detail as well as be able to direct and steer projects from the high level view.

He is very comfortable with complex problems and has a great ability in understanding the areas where to prioritise effort.

His ability to think and communicate very clearly makes him the ideal person to interface with all levels within the business which is something he has done for several years with great success – establishing himself as the main point of contact within the R&D function for the executives leadership team.

Having worked with Andy extensively over the years I found him to be one of the best project managers I have worked with. Andy goes well beyond his specified function to make a program successful and his extensive knowledge in many areas of the Telecommunications industry proved invaluable on many occasions. Andy is one of the very few project managers who can drive complex problems through to completion whenever required.
